Please can you pass on our positive comments to Tony who drove the Year 1 Class from Bowesfield School to Roseberry Topping yesterday. The staff said the bus driver was lovely, extremely helpful to staff and very good with children, asking them about their day as they returned to the coach.

I just wanted to send a quick email with some feedback from our booking yesterday to the Houses of Parliament and Imperial College in London. On behalf of the 5 schools who attended the event yesterday, I would just like to pass on my thanks to our two drivers. They were exceptionally professional from 5:15am when we met them right up until midnight when we finally got off the coach. I must say that they are a real credit to the your company. Driving in central London is difficult at the best of times, but yesterday was an exceptionally busy day in London which the drivers handled perfectly, they were able to drop us off and pick us up exactly where we needed to be without any complaints. We were also extremely impressed by their positivity and willingness to interact with both staff and students throughout the day, they really did just fit in as part of the team. Exceptional customer service like this is the main reason we continue to book with Delta for all of our trips.

I just wanted to let you know that we have received some positive feedback from the customer regarding this booking, they said that…. “I couldn’t have asked for our travel experience so go any smoother. I received a phone call an hour before we were due to depart from the driver to confirm pick up location and to explain he will be there on time. Got to our drop off location and the driver explained it would be a different driver picking us all up and gave us his number. We were ready to go home earlier then what we stated but even that wasn’t a problem. Thank you so much. The drivers were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us”

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent service on Monday by going out of the way to support MAIN when you had (again) not been given the details of our requirements but still managed to get drivers and vehicles to work on our service within a few hours’ notice during the busy New Year period.

Not only does this show me an excellent level of service provision but that you are prepared to go the extra mile to serve your customers in their hour of need when by total coincidence our own minibus had been vandalised during the previous night and was not drivable either.

Without your support at this vital time would have been disastrous for our business and would most likely have led our service users’ behaviors from escalating lead them to going into crisis.

We are on our way back from Paris on one of your coaches. I am the group leader of the trip. On behalf of the group I wanted to praise the drivers Steve and Tony.
Right from the beginning of the journey they greeted the group in a friendly, polite and professional manner. Throughout the journey they have been accommodating and ensured the passengers were comfortable. They kept everyone entertained with their good sense of honour.
They made a very long journey fun and entertaining.
